Testimonials
“Chris Murphy Advisory was engaged by the Australian feedlot Industry to develop a strategic approach to the communication and adoption of the National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme (NFAS); our industry’s quality assurance program underpinning the production of certified grain fed beef. Chris and his Team assessed our needs by undertaking a situation analysis which then informed delivery of a co-designed communication and adoption strategy. The execution of the subsequent implementation plan has resulted in the delivery of highly relatable collateral tailored to our audience and in line with our key messages and goals for the Scheme. As a result, we have seen an improved branding and awareness of the Scheme and very encouraging levels of participation, engagement and understanding.”

DairyNZ engaged Chris Murphy Advisory to undertake a review of their approach to supporting practice change and farmer connection through their investments. The work completed was of an extremely high standard and delivered a clear understanding of the issue and a detailed path forward in three written reports including an implementation plan. The work was undertaken by reviewing a range of documents, interviewing key personnel, and facilitating an internal working group. He was able to distill a complex and long-standing problem into a series of challenges and frameworks that would help us to achieve a better outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to other organisations as a strategic advisor and consultant to address complex system and extension design challenges.
